Muffin Tin Monday
How was your weekend? Mine seemed to go by just a little too fast. After we were all sick for several days, we really wanted to have some fun times this weekend. After missing a birthday party last weekend, we were happy to make one this past weekend. We made some good memories and I'm looking forward to a three day weekend at the end of this week.
Let's start this week off right and get onto Muffin Tin Monday, shall we?
Here we have sliced strawberries and kiwi, spinach/artichoke dip, chocolate chip and oreo bites, carrots, celery, and grape tomatoes, mozarella and cheddar cheese and some butter crackers.
My husband enjoyed the same meal. He said that it was the best part of his day. Of course he had a little more than this. ;)
Oh, though it's not in the muffin tin this week I'm curious to know what you all think about Naked Juice. Have you tried it?

Muffin Tin Monday
Recently, I had many Aunt Jemima coupons and happily used them. I'd heard several times, "Mommy these are good, but they're not yours." :) That makes my heart smile. The Aunt Jemima pancakes fit so nicely in the big muffin tin cups for Muffin Tin Monday. I've enjoyed putting them in there, and they enjoy eating them...This week, I tried my hand at homemaking some, and..though they're bigger...They were very much adored.
sliced turkey sausage and turkey bacon, kiwi, chocolate milk, mini-blueberry pancakes, syrup, and more blueberry pancakes. :)
Let's see what you're having over at Muffin Tin Monday!

Stamp Out Hunger 2012
Don't forget to help stamp out hunger today. This is their 20th year! Place non-perishable items by your mailbox. The letter carrier will pick them up and take them to your local food bank or pantry.
Here's an example from their page of items to donate:
† Donate items like canned meats, fish, soup, bottled juice, vegetables, pasta, cereal and rice that do not require refrigeration. Please do not include items that have expired or are in glass containers.
This is a fabulous way to help out. Every year you are able to visit the page, or Facebook page and see how much your town helped out during the food drive. This makes a huge difference. One can goes a long way!
